A pardon is worthless if they were not found guilty in a court of law you can’t pardon an innocent person and until a court of law finds you guilty first you are innocent until found guilty so these pardons are worthless and should be taken to the Supreme Court

The strict legal definition of ” PARDON ” is only valid to be applied to persons that have not only been indicted and tried, but CONVICTED of a crime. To give a get out of Jail Free card is only valid in Monopoly.
