Since they don’t know how the wild LA fire started, you can’t rule this guy out. Whether he did it or not, this guy is incredibly stupid for this right after the fire happened and it’s still burning.

Police are claiming they did not find enough evidence to charge him with arson but are holding him on a probation violation….yeah….sure….He is a man of color so there you go.
