2. Why would she be done she’s using common sense. Now if she’s a racist which is actually what she said then she should be done. DEI is racism plain and simple. We have to do away with that thinking. If it isn’t based on merit 100% then it’s favoring someone who didn’t earn it. If you didn’t earn it you shouldn’t get it. That’s despite what we have been doing since the 60’s. We need to end this guilt thing that’s going on, there should be zero guilt. No one here alive today benefitted or suffered from slavery. All races have been enslaved at one point or another and most were allot longer then what happened in north and South America. See the guilt is about the fact that most people in the USA are to the point that when given a choice on a professional or business situation would much rather avoid working or dealing with African Americans. That’s just how people are, they don’t like being bullied, sued, abused, conned and generally misused by a group of people who could care less about anyone but themselves. That’s not racism that’s good sense. About the 3rd or 8th time it happens you say wow was I a sucker. They know what they doing and they are just playing us for fools.
