Prez Trumnp- use 1954 Law that declares Marxists =Democrats, the enemy of the USA- to fire all federal employees that the commies have in place- that back stabbed you the first round. And shut down the Dept of Uneducation completely, fire most EPA- let states run the system.
And not be afraid to veto any spending bills and shut down the feds until the commies are gone. We the American people want the federal government shrunk down or closed. Either works wonders.
